摘  要:用正交试验法确定 Aspergillus terreus W17菌株的较佳培养基条件 ,并优化了其发酵工艺。该菌株以蔗糖为底物 ,含糖为 8%时 ,发酵液衣康酸产率为 5.2 1g/10 0 ml,转化率为供糖的6.5%。同时 ,研究不灭菌和利用游离的菌丝体反复发酵产衣康酸的情况。发酵液提取的衣康酸与标准衣康酸进行液相色谱分析测定 。A suitable midium for producing itaconic acid has been found by orthgonal design and some fermentative conditions were optimized using Aspergillus terreus W17 strain The strain was able to accumulate itaconic acid 5 21g/100ml with a medium containing 8% sugar,its conversion rate by weight of sugar was 65% Experiment with nonsterilized media and repeated fermentation by free mycelian were also studied The HPLC pattern from both standard itaconic acid and sample showed to be identical
