摘　　要：在执行信息系统监理的过程中,监理公司有可能遇到各种各样的情况,中途参与监理就是其中一个典型。介绍了信息系统监理的工作流程和工作内容,并通过一个具体案例的分析,指出了信息系统监理中途介入后其所面临的一系列问题。针对这些问题,分别阐述了监理工作准备阶段和开展阶段所应采取的对策。实践结果表明,只有通过公正、科学的工程建设监理,才能消除工程建设中的质量隐患,有效地保证监理工作的顺利进行。In the process of information system supervision, the supervision company may come across all kinds of condition, halfway participates in the supervision is a model among them. From a concrete case analysis, the process and content of information system supervision is introduced, and the problem is given, which the halfway participates in the supervision may be face. For these problems, some countermeasures are given. Practice is testified that these countermeasures have ensured the project builds mass. The working of information system supervision proceeds as planned and without a hitch.
