摘 要:为了将同步串行接口SSI(Synchronous Serial Interface)信号读入PLC,研究了一种将SSI信号转换为通过485通信协议可读取的转换器。通过对SSI信号接口规范的研究,给出了SSI信号到RS-485信号转换的软硬件解决方法,分析了转换器在水利行业中的应用,最后强调在应用之前,需要先写其地址,还要考虑实时性的要求。For SSI signals being read by PLC, a kind of converter is developed to convert SSI signals into signals that can be read by RS-485 communication protocol. By research on SSI signal interface specification, solutions of software and hardware for converting SSI signal into RS-485 signals are given, its application in water resources is also analyzed. Finally, a special attention is given to requirements for address writing and real-time performance that should be considered before application.
