摘　　要：根据国家"十一五"规划中单位产值节能20%的战略目标,总结实践经验认真制定节能指标,针对产品单位产值耗水、耗电、耗汽量等能耗指标采取相应的技术措施。In this paper, practical experience is summed up and target for energy saving is set on the basis of the strategic aim of saving energy per unit output value by 20 per cent stated in national ＂Eleventh Five - year Plan＂. Corresponding technical measures are presented for reducing per- unit energy consumption of water, power, steam, etc.
