摘  要:选择4种典型纳米材料(纳米碳、纳米氧化锌、碳纳米管、纳米二氧化硅),采用气管滴注染毒方式染毒受孕1d Wistar 大鼠,连续给药7d,染毒剂量为 10mg/kg 体重,对照组滴注相同体积的纳米颗粒悬液——新生小牛血清;于妊娠第20d 处死动物,剖腹取胎,记录大鼠最终妊娠数、胎鼠数;测量胎仔体重、身长、尾长及股骨长.结果表明 nano-C、nano-ZnO、CNT 和 nano-SiO_2组孕鼠的妊娠率均显著低于溶剂对照组(CT)(P<O.05);nano-ZnO 组的孕鼠的产仔数,胎鼠的体重、身长、尾长与各组比较显著降低(P<0.05);nano-C 组胎鼠的体重、股骨长与各组比较差异显著(P<0.05).CNT 和 nano-SiO_2组胎鼠的体重、身长、尾长及股骨长与溶剂对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05).在本实验条件下纳米材料降低受孕大鼠妊娠力;不同种类的纳米材料对胎鼠的毒性效应不同.Pregnant 1 day rats were received four typical kinds of nanomaterials-carbon nanoparticles (nano-C), single wall carbon nanotubes (CNT) silica dioxide nanoparticles (nano-SiO2) and zinc oxide nanoparticles (nano-ZnO) suspensions by intratracheal instillation at a daily dose of 10 mg/kg bw to the treated groups for 7 days, the control group was instilled the same volume of new born calf serum;The rats were sacrificed to examine the fetuses on the 20 day, including the numbers of pregnant rats, embryo numbers and body weight, body lengh.tail lengh.thigh lengh of their embryo. The results showed that the pregnant rats of the nano-C, nano-ZnO. CNT and nano-SiO2 groups were all lower significantly than the control group(P〈0. 05) ; The number of the fetus and body weight.body lengh.tail lengh of the fetus in nano-ZnO group were decreased significantly than the control and the others groups (P〈 0.05). The body weight and thigh lengh of the fetus in nano-C were higher than the others. The body weight, body lengh.tail lengh and thigh lengh of the fetus in CNT and nano-SiO2 groups were no significance difference than the controls(P〉0. 05). In conclusion our results indicated that nanomaterials can impact on the leading to low reproduction rate of the pregnant rat, and the embryonic toxicity may be attributed to the character of nanomaterials itself.
