摘　　要：为尽快在中/高频段海上移动业务(MMS)中引进新的数据通信技术,需要研究正交频分复用(OFDM)技术在海上中/高频段的应用。中/高频数据通信调制器是将来在海上高频波段进行数据通信的全新的关键部件。海上中/高频数据通信调制器的原理和功能的分析和研究填补我国目前在该项技术上的空白,对我国海上通信的发展和船岸设施升级改造有着极其重要的指导作用。For introducing the new data communication techniques into maritime mobile service （MMS） in medium/ high frequency （MF/HF） band as soon as possible, the application of orthogonal frequency division multiplexed （OFDM） technique in MF/HF bands has to be studied. MF/HF data exchange modulator is a totally new key part in future data exchange in maritime mobile service. The analysis and research for the principle and functions of data exchange modulator in maritime medium/high frequency band fill the gap of the technique at present and play an important role of guidance for maritime communication development and ship-shore establishment updating in China.
