摘　　要：为了对通航水域船舶航行安全性进行定量的评价,应用模糊综合评判方法建立我国主要港口通航水域的安全评价模型。根据当前影响通航水域船舶航行安全的11类主要因素建立综合评价集,应用灰色关联分析法和因子分析法确定评价指标的权重系数。利用此模型对我国10个主要港口水域的安全性进行了评价。In order to evaluate ship navigation safety in navigable waters quantitatively, the method of fuzzy synthesis judgment is applied to establish a safety evaluation model for the navigable waters of main China＇s ports. According to the 11 main factors that affect navigation safety in navigable waters, a comprehensive evaluation model is established. The gray correlation analysis and factor analysis are used to determine weighted coefficients of evaluation index. In the paper, safety evaluations for the navigable waters of 10 China＇s main harbors are carried out.
