摘 要:为了对随机需求环境下区域港口内陆物流运输网络进行优化决策,从第三方物流服务企业的角度提出该问题的双层规划模型,上层规划解决仓储中心的选择,下层规划解决物流运输网络的选择。仓储中心的选择主要涉及投资建设费用,它是一个长期决策问题;而物流运输网络的选择主要涉及日常的运营费用,它是一个近期决策问题。鉴于上下两层规划的目标函数的不可公度性,应用两个目标函数的区间限制算法,来协调两个规划的目标函数值,从而得出最优解。算例结果表明:该模型及其算法具有实用性和可操作性。To optimize regional port inland transportation network under stochastic demand, from the view of a logistics service provider, a bi-level model is presented. The upper level programming is for the selection of inland consolidation center and the lower one is for the selection of transportation network. The selection of inland consolidation center, in which construction investment cost is involved, is a long term decision. While the selection of transportation network, in which daily operation cost is involved, is a short term one. Since the objective functions of upper and lower ones are not comparable, objective function interval restriction algorithm is adopted to the proposed model for obtaining optimal solution. Results of examples calculation indicate that the model is practical.
