农村公路交通安全矛盾分析

摘　　要：分析了我国农村公路交通安全的主要影响因素,以及这些影响因素的产生原因。在此基础上,提出当前阶段农村公路交通安全领域的主要矛盾是农村公路交通的快速发展与农村居民淡薄的道路交通安全意识之间的矛盾。在这对矛盾中,农村公路交通的快速发展是矛盾的主要方面,决定和支配着农村居民的道路交通安全意识水平。此外,在农村公路交通安全领域中还存在其他一些次要矛盾。针对这些矛盾,提出了改善农村公路交通安全状况的建议。On the basis of an analytical view of major influential factors of traffic safety in Chinese rural highway and the reasons how those factors are generated, contradiction between high speed development of rural highway traffic and less awareness of traffic safety of country residents is the main contradiction among rural highway safety issues at current stage. The former in the contradiction is the major aspect which dominates the latter. Again, issues of other minor contradictions on rural highway safety are pointed out in some extend. According to those contradictions, several suggestions to improve current rural highway safety status are provided.
