摘　　要：介绍威客模式的概念以及它的三种实现形式,对威客模式与传统虚拟参考咨询模式进行比较分析,指出目前图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务存在的问题,论述图书馆虚拟参考咨询应该如何借鉴威客模式的创新思路更完善更有效地服务读者,以及如何更好更快地发展未来图书馆参考咨询服务。This article introduces the conception of Witkey and its three realization forms, analyses the comparison between Witkey mode and traditional virtual reference service, proposes nowadays there are lots of problems in the traditional virtual reference service, discusses based on Witkey mode how to serve readers and progress the future reference service.
