摘  要:采用聚晶金刚石PCD刀具对航天碳化硅增强铝基复合材料进行超精密车削加工,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对已加工切削变质层的微观结构进行检测,采用显微硬度计检测显微硬度,并从理论上分析切削变质层形成过程中碳化硅增强相断裂而细化的理论根据.结果表明,碳化硅增强铝基复合材料超精密加工仍会产生很薄的切削加工变质层,且显微硬度值最高点并不在已加工表面上,而在距表面约10-20μm处,切削变质层形成过程中碳化硅增强相发生了断裂破碎和细化.The ultraprecision turning tests of SiC reinforced aluminium composite used in astronautics with polycrystalloid diamond PCD tool were conducted, the measurement analysis of the microstructure of degenerative layer (subsurface)with scanning electron microscope (SEM) was carried out, the hardness of the subsurface with a sclerometer was measured, and the theoretic proof of the SiC reinforcements broken off and refined in ultraprecision turning was introduced. The results show that there is still a thin degenerative layer in the subsurface of a specimen when ultraprecision turning SiC reinforced aluminium composite, and the highest hardness (HV) location is not at the machined surface and but is about 10 - 20μm under the machined surface. The SiC reinforcements were broken off and fined in the process of forming degenerative layer.
