摘  要:采用盆栽土培方法,比较2种N肥(尿素、碳酸氢铵)、2种P肥(磷酸二氢钙、磷酸氢二铵)对土壤有效态Cu、小麦吸收积累Cu及其体内POD酶活性的影响。结果表明,低施用量的N肥促进小麦生长和对Cu的吸收,而高施用量抑制小麦的生长和对Cu的吸收,小麦吸收积累Cu与土壤有效Cu以及小麦生物量变化有良好的相关性。2种P肥均促进小麦的生长和对Cu的吸收,但小麦吸收积累Cu与土壤有效Cu及小麦生物量变化无明显关系。低施用处理下尿素、碳酸氢铵和磷酸氢二铵可抑制小麦幼苗生长的不良影响,减少小麦体内过氧化物的产生,而较高用量抑制作用减弱。A pot experiment was carried out to compare urea with NH4HCO3, and Ca(H2PO4)2 with (NH4)2HPO4 in effect on soil available Cu, Cu accumulation by wheat, and POD enzyme activity in wheat. Results indicated that both urea and NH4HCO3 promoted growth and Cu accumulation of wheat when low in dosage, but showed a reverse effect, when high in dosage, and that Cu accumulation in wheat was closely related to soil available Cu and biomass of wheat. The two kinds of phosphor fertilizers showed the same positive effect, but no positive relationship was observed of Cu accumulation with soil available Cu and biomass of wheat. When low in dosage, urea, NH4HCO3, (NH4)2HPO4 could effectively alleviate negative effects of Cu on growth of wheat seedlings and inhibit the activity of POD enzyme in wheat. With increasing application rate, the positive effect tended to decline.
