摘  要:实际工业现场存在谐波、负序及无功等问题需予抑制以满足其他用户的用电要求,而有源电力滤波器(APF)是一种新型电力电子装置,除抑制谐波外,对于不平衡三相电路,还可同时抑制基波负序电流。为准确检测出不平衡负载的谐波与基波负序分量,APF的低通滤波器采用移动平均滑窗算法并在研制的66 kVA的APF基础上对不平衡三相电路进行了补偿。仿真和实验结果证明了所研制的APF可以快速、准确地检测出基波负序及各次谐波电流,补偿后的系统侧电流畸变率从28.5%降至2.79%,充分达到了谐波抑制的国际标准。For the purpose of depressing harmonic, negative sequence current and reactive power in the actual industry area, the respective load attribute should be restrained in order to meet the demands of the user. Active power filter (APF) is a new device which can restrain harmonic, and in the unbalance three-phase system it can also restrain the fundamental negative sequence current at the same time. In order to restrain harmonic and fundamental negative current at the same time, the summation of the compensation harmonic and fundamental negative sequence current should be detected exactly. 66 kVA APF has been developed to compensate the unbalanced three-phase circuit. The simulation and experiment verify that the developed APF may detect the fundamental negative sequence current and random harmonic current, and the compensated system current distortion rate drops from 28. 5% to 2.79%, which absolutely meets the requirements of the harmonic restraint international standard
