摘  要:二极管钳位型多电平变换器具有器件耐压要求低、输出谐波含量低、结构简单等优点,在高性能中高压变频调速系统中有着广阔的应用前景。为改善目前国内多电平变换器调速系统的性能,提出了一种基于三电平中性点箝位式逆变器的异步电动机矢量控制方案。系统中使用快速电流控制的间接转子磁通定向矢量控制模式,由磁通模型计算得到转子磁链幅值和位置角。逆变器控制采用基于60°坐标系的快速空间矢量脉宽调制算法,在矢量选取和作用时间计算方面十分简单。针对电机运行时有功功率的输出导致直流侧电容电压失衡的问题,通过检测电容电压和中性点电流方向来调整冗余矢量的作用时间,稳定中性点电位。仿真结果验证了该算法在三电平逆变器供电的异步电动机上有效地实现了矢量控制,并且具有很好的性能。Diode clamped multi-level inverter has wide application prospect in high-performance medium or high voltage adjustable speed drive systems due to its low stress switch devices, low harmonic output and its simple structure. In this paper, a vector control system of an asynchronous machine using neutral-point-clamped (NPC) inverter is proposed. In the system, the indirect rotor-flux-oriented control of an asynchronous machine supplied by a voltage-source inverter with fast current control is employed, the magnitude and space angle of the rotor flux-linkage is obtained by flux model. A fast space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM} algorithm based on 60 coordinate is used for the control of a three-level inverter, which can easily get the desired vectors and calculate their dwelling time. Aimed to the capacitor voltage unbalance resulted by active power output in the motor operation, the control of neutral-point potential is implemented by adjusting the dwelling time of the redundant vector by detecting the capacitor voltage and the neutral line current. Simulation Results verify the good performance of the three-level inverter-fed drive with vector control.
