摘 要:研究从天然二氧化锰焙烧物萃取Mn(Ⅲ)制活性二氧化锰方法中其它过程的操作条件,包括从天然二氧化锰焙烧物中溶出Mn(Ⅲ)和从P204萃取液中反萃取Mn(Ⅲ),以及产品二氧化锰的形成条件。结果表明:用10mol/L的H2SO4溶液能有效地从天然二氧化锰焙烧物中溶出Mn(Ⅲ);而用4mol/L的H2SO4溶液于80℃左右能有效地从P204萃取液中反萃取Mn(Ⅲ),Mn(Ⅲ)在H2SO4溶液中歧化成MnO2;产品中MnO2含量超过80%,且具有很高的活性。A method was proposed for the preparation of an activated manganese dioxide based on the extraction of Mn(Ⅲ) using P204 as an extractant. The extraction of Mn(Ⅲ) has been studied by the authors. Other processes in this method, such as the dissolution of Mn(Ⅲ), the fomation of activated manganese dioxide, ect. are studied in this paper. Results show that Mn(Ⅲ) in roasted natural manganese dioxide can be dissolved completely by 10 mol/L H2SO4 solution, the back-extract of Mn(Ⅲ) from P204 solution and the formation of activated manganese dioxide can proceeds in 4 mol/L H2SO4 solution at the sametime, and the product has good battery activity.
