摘 要:本文研究了多层不锈钢纤维毡的最大孔径、过滤精度与孔隙度的关系,以及过滤精度与最大孔径的关系。结果表明,孔隙度对过滤性能的影响主要取决于多层毡中控制层的纤维直径;辅助层对控制层有明显的干扰作用;过滤精度与最大孔径之间呈直线关系。但对于粗丝径纤维制成的毡,由于孔隙度在纤维不变形的情况下最小只能控制到60%~70%,因此所得到的直线关系只适应于高孔隙度范围的纤维毡。The relationships of maximum pore size and filtration rating with poro-sity, and that of filtration rating with maximum pore size for multi-layer stainless steel fiber filter media have been studied in the paper. The results show that the effect of porosity on the filtration behavior mainly depends on the fiber diameter of the controlled layer in multi-layer filter media, and the additional layers obviously play a role of obstruction to controlled layer. The experience relationship between the filtration rating and the maximum pore size is a linear one. However, the min.porosity of filter media made of thicker fiber is only 60%~70%before the fiberdeformation, so the linear experience equation can only be adopted for the filtermedia with higher porosity.
