摘　　要：目的:了解城市0～14岁儿童的医疗服务的需要与利用的现状,为制定儿童卫生保健方针和医疗保障制度提供依据。方法:利用全国第三次卫生服务调查中家庭入户调查数据,对全国6903名儿童及其家庭进行描述性分析。结果:儿童医疗服务需要和利用具有患病率低,多以常见病为主,利用率高,主要在基层服务机构等特点。儿童年龄和患病严重程度对儿童就诊差异有统计学意义。结论:针对儿童医疗服务需要和利用特点,应加强社区儿科建设,以及为儿童建立完善的医疗保障模式。Objectives： To understand the health status and the health services need and utilization of the urban 0-14 years old children, so as to provide evidence for health care strategy and health security design. Methods： 6903 urban 0-14 years old children were investigated in the third national health services survey.. Results： Compared with the national mean level in urban city, the health service need and utilization of children showed characteristics as lov~ need, high utilization, and utilization mainly in primary health institutions. Besides that, the age of children and severe degree of the illness can affect the outpatient utilization of child families,and the medical security situation of children can affect the inpatient utilization sl/ghtly. Conclusions： To meet the health services need and promote the health utilization for children, it is necessary to pay more attention to primary health develops and health insurance design.
