摘  要:目的:探讨护理人员层级管理在临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法实施护士长-主管护士-辅助护士-助理护士层级管理,护理排班方法采用三班制和固定夜班制,充分应用现有护理人力资源的潜力,使整体护理的各项程序得以落实。结果:保证了护理工作的连续性、系统性,构建和谐的护患关系,病房实施前后病人的满意度及健康教育水平得到提高,比较差异有统计学意义。结论:护理人员层级管理能充分利用现有的护理人力资源,可以提高护理质量,保证护理安全,达到最佳的护理管理目标。Objectives: To evaluate the effectiveness of nursing staff hierarchical management in clinical nursing management. Methods: The hierarchical management of nurses system including head nurse -charge nurse-assistant nurse - nurse aids was implemented. And reform the nursing schedule. In order to make full use of the potentiality of nursing resources and put all the nursing procedures in the effect. Results: This practice ensured the continuity and system of nursing care, harmonized nurse - patients relationship, increased patients' satisfaction and improved the quality of nursing. Conclusions: Practice of hierarchical management of nurses can make full use of nursing resources and achieve optimum objectives of nursing management.
