摘 要:采用两室流通式隔膜电解池,研究了钯修饰泡沫镍电极对纯水相中2-氯联苯(2-CB)的电催化还原脱氯作用,考察了电流密度、pH值和溶液流速对2-CB脱氯率的影响.结果表明,当电流密度为1.5mA/cm2、阴极液pH值为5.5、阴极液流速为7.4mL/(min·cm2)时,脱氯反应30min,2-CB脱氯率达91.4%.脱氯产物包括联苯和苯基环己烷,根据脱氯过程碳平衡关系可确定该过程为逐步氢化反应.Electrocatalytic dechlorination of 2-chlorobiphenyl (2-CB) in aqueous solution was studied in a membrane-separated two-compartment electrochemical reactor using Pd modified Ni foam electrode. The influence of current density, cathode solution pH value and flow rate on 2-CB dechlorination effect were inspected. Moderate current density (1.5mA/cm^2), relatively low cathode solution pH value (5.5) and high flow rate [7.4mL/(min·cm^2)] were beneficial to improve the dechlorination efficiency of 2-CB. Under the optimized conditions, 91.4% of 2-CB was dechlorinated within 30min. The dechlorination products included biphenyl and cyclohexylbenzene. Based on the carbon balance analysis, the above dechlorination process could be determined being gradual hydrogenation reaction.
