摘　　要：鞍钢第二炼钢厂采用ＡＮＳ－ＯＢ铝热升温的钢水，供小方坯连铸定径水口敞流浇注，解决了水口结瘤问题。铸坯各项技术指标达到较好水平。在稳定连铸生产、调整钢水成分和温度，以及不增加或少增加夹杂物等方面，均取得了明显效果。为提高小方坯连铸装备水平和技术措施开辟了新途径。The No.2 steelmaking plant of Anshan iron and steel corporation openly casts ANS-OB aluminium heated molten steel by nozzle of constant diameter in billet caster,which has solved the problem of nozzle clogging.The technical indexes of the billets have been improved to a higher level.Remarkable effects have also resulted in stabilizing continuous casting production,regulating steel composition and temperature as well as reducing steel or stopping the increase of inclusions.Thus a new way for upgrading billet casting equipment and technical measures is paved.
