摘 要:以对苯二甲酸和硫酸肼为单体,合成了聚对苯撑-1,3,4-噁二唑(p-POD),通过湿法纺丝制得了p- POD纤维。研究了热定型条件对p-POD纤维结构和性能的影响。结果表明,p-POD初生纤维随着热定型时间的增加环化度增大;短时间的热定型处理可使纤维的结晶度达到最大,长时间的热定型对纤维的结晶度贡献不大。热定型使p-POD纤维的取向度降低,增加了纤维表面的缺陷。热定型对p-POD纤维力学性能的影响不大,但对纤维的耐热性影响较大,经过热定型处理后,p-POD纤维的热分解温度提高了17℃。Poly( p-phenylene-1,3,4-oxadiazoles) ( p-POD) was synthesized from terephthalic acid and hydrazine sulfate as monomers and was spun into p -POD fiber via wet spinning process. The effects of heat setting conditions on the structure and properties of p-POD fiber were studied. The results showed that the cyclization degree of p-POD nascent fiber increased while prolonging the heat setting time. The crystallinity of the fiber could be maximized during a short period of heat setting time. A prolonged period of heat setting time had no contribution to the crystallinity. The heat setting process decreased the orientation degree of p -POD fiber and increased the defects on the fiber surface when it had little effects on the mechanical properties of p -POD fiber and a great effect on the heat resistance. The thermal decomposition temperature of p -POD fiber was increased by 17 ℃ after heat setting.
