摘　　要：针对临涣选煤厂一期扩能工程重介系统中存在介耗高的问题,采取了改进矸石弧形筛入料方式、调整脱介筛喷水压力、加强事故转排系统管理和日常生产管理等措施,有效降低了介质损耗,节约了大量资金。Aiming at high medium consumption given by the HM system after the first-stage engineering for capacity expansion at Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant,a series of measures taken such as change of feeding way to sieve-band for refuse,pressure adjustment of flush water to de-medium screens,strengthening management of material diversion in case of accident and routine production;practice after such conversion giving that medium consumption effectively reduced and expense remarkably saved.
