摘  要:基片集成波导(SIW)是一种新型高Q值、低损耗的集成波导结构,易于设计和加工,可广泛应用于微波毫米波集成电路。本文设计并制作了一种SIW五元谐振缝隙阵天线,它能大大减轻阵列天线重量和减小尺寸,且成本低,便于加工和集成。实验结果表明:在工作频段内,其理论和测试结果吻合,回波损耗低于-10dB,方向图良好,具有较高的工程实用性。Substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is a new type of integrated guided structure, which could be widely used in microwave and millimeter-wave integrated circuits. SIW is of high Q-factor and low insertion loss and can be easily designed and integrated compared with traditional wavegnide. In this paper, design and implementation of SIW resonant five- slot array antenna are presented, the weight, size and cost of this antenna can be greatly reduced. The experimental results show that the theoretical and measured results are in good agreement with each other, the return loss is less than -10dB and the radiation patterns performance is well at working frequency. So it' s of good practical engineering application.
