摘　　要：根据复杂装备电器控制系统具有分布式、功能分层和结构分层的特点,提出了基于层次分解的故障诊断模型,以系统的结构性为基础,对复杂的诊断问题实现由上而下进行功能分解,直到最小系统或设备。在故障诊断的层次化分解基础上,结合模糊Petri网实现故障推理过程的诊断策略,推理算法采用矩阵运算,推理过程简单,并能够描述故障传递状态。最后以航空电器装备系统中的电源供电控制系统为应用对象,研究了故障诊断模型的具体结构和诊断策略的实现过程。该模型便于实现集成化、智能化和自动化的故障诊断过程。A decomposition model based on fault diagnosis is proposed according to the distributed and hierarchical characteristics of electric control system fault diagnosis in modern equipment. Based on the system, complex diagnosis problem is decomposed according to system function from top to bottom until the small system is reached. Fuzzy petri net reasoning and matrix-based computation is introduced for the hierarchical fault diagnosis model. The model is easy to achieve reasoning process and fault transmission state can be described at the same time. At last, taken aerospace equipment power supply control system as example, application realization of detail fault diagnosis model and diagnosis strategy is studied. The model is easy to achieve integrated, intelligent and automatic fault diagnosis process.
