摘　　要：目的:对β受体阻滞剂在非心脏手术围手术期的应用进行评价。方法:检索、综述国内外相关文献。结果及结论:目前对β受体阻滞剂在非心脏手术围手术期应用的获益还存在较大的争议。现有的临床证据倾向于在非心脏手术围手术期应用β受体阻滞剂,高危患者可以减少心血管事件的发生,中危患者无获益,而低危患者甚至存在一定的风险。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the outcome of perioperative application of β - receptor blockers in patients undergoing non - cardiac surgery. METHODS： The pertinent literature both at home and abroad was reviewed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： There has been considerable professional debate about the outcome of β - receptor blockers in patients undergoing non - cardiac surgery, but the clinical evidences support the idea that the use of β - receptor blockers in patients undergoing non - cardiac surgery during perioperative period can reduce the risk of cardiovascular events in high risk patients, but it has no effect on middle - risk patients and it can even result in risk for low - risk patients.
