西黄丸治疗急性头面部带状疱疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨西黄丸在急性头面部带状疱疹治疗中的疗效。方法:治疗组30例口服西黄丸+星状神经节阻滞治疗,对照组30例应用阿昔洛韦抗病毒+星状神经节阻滞治疗,观察治疗前及治疗1、2、3周VAS评分和麻木感、烧灼感、皮肤刺痒等神经症状的改善情况。结果:治疗组和对照组疼痛均明显减轻,两组间无差异,但治疗组神经症状改善情况优于对照组。结论:西黄丸配合星状神经节阻滞治疗急性头面部带状疱疹简便易行、安全可靠、费用低廉、药源丰富,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the clinical application of Xihuang Pills in treating acute zona facialis. METHODS： The trial group （n = 30） received oral Xihuang pills plus stellate block therapy, while the control group （n = 30） received acyclovir plus stellate block therapy. Evaluation on VAS scores, numbness, burning sensation, skin urtication and other symptoms were scheduled before treatment, and 1, 2, and 3 weeks after treatment. RESULTS： The pain in both groups alleviated significantly, showing no significant difference between the two groups, but the nervous system symptom showed a better improvement in trial group than in control group. CONCLUSION： Treatment of acute zona facialis with oral Xihuang pills plus stellate block therapy proved to be simple and feasible, safe, reliable, inexpensive and abundant in medicinal resource, which thus deserves to be popularized in the clinic.
