摘  要:目的探讨家长对聋儿听觉言语康复训练的支持程度,以观察对训练效果的影响。方法采用自制问卷的形式,问卷中家长资料包括:自身素质、理智面对现实、积极参与、默切配合训练指导,以及逃避现实、自责溺爱、粗暴打骂、依赖康复中心。通过问卷调查分成两组,把理智积极配合家长的聋儿30例作为实验组,把逃避排斥家长的聋儿30例作为对照组。结果①家长的自身素质、积极参与、配合教学的程度与聋儿的康复效果成正比,训练时间短,听力补偿好,语言清晰度高。②家长的逃避放弃、自责溺爱、盲目求医等消极行为将制约着聋儿的康复。结论聋儿、家长、教师是聋儿康复工作中三个重要的因素,家长是第一任老师,家长积极配合的态度有助于聋儿康复效果的提高,使聋儿早日回归社会,进入普通幼儿园及普通小学。相反,家长的逃避消极态度将制约着聋儿的康复,中途放弃训练造成聋儿终生残疾,给社会和家庭带来负担。Objective To study the influence of parents' support on the effect of auditory and speech rehabilitation training in deaf children. Methods We designed a questionnaire including information about the parents:their quality, rational facing reality, active participation, cooperation with training guide; or escape, seff-blame and dotingness, child abuse, and depending on the rehabilitation center. We divided the children into two groups according to the questionnaire;30 children with parents cooperating actively and rationally were divided into the experi- mental group,and another 30 children with parents escaping and excluding were divided into the control group. Results High quality,active participation and active cooperation with the rehabilitation training of the parents had positive effect on their deaf children's rehabilitation effect. In this condition, the courses of training was shorter, auditory compensation and speech definition of training were shorter auditory com- pensation and speech definition of the children were much better;Escape, abandon, seff-blame, dotingness and seeking for treatment blindly were negative behaviors of parents with deaf children,and these behaviors restricted rehabilitation effect. Conclusion The deaf children,their parents and teachers are three important factors in the deaf rehabilitation. Parents are the first teacher in a child's life,active cooperation of them has positive effect on the deaf rehabilitaion. With their parents' help, the deaf children could integrate into the society and be admitted by ordinary kindergartens and schools as possible. On the contrary, parents with negative attitude will restrict rehabilitation training, and abandoning treatment will result in permanent disability of their deaf children which brings about social and family burden.
