46例胫骨平台骨折手术治疗总结

摘　　要：目的探讨胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析46例胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料。结果46例患者手术切口均Ι期愈合。46例术后均获随访,随访时间10～42个月。46例中,优28例,良10例,可6例,差2例,优良率82.61%。结论胫骨平台骨折采用切开复位、内固定,术后积极的膝关节功能锻炼等治疗,效果满意。Objective To investigate the surgery treatment and curative effect for fracture of the tibial plateau. Methods Clinical data of 46 patients with fracture of fibial plateau were retrospectively analyzed. Results Operative incision of 46 suffers were primary healing. 46 cases were foUowed-up for 10- 42 months. Among 46 cases,28 were excellent, 10 were good,6 were common,2 were bad. The excellent and good rate was 82.61%. Conclusion The patients who suffered from fracture of tibial plateau were treated by open reduction,good internal fixation and active functional exercise of knee joint. We got satisfactory results.
