摘　　要：在实际工作需要的基础上,按照DL/T634.5101标准框架定义了ASDU137帧格式以及应用过程,用于电厂发电计划下发,及调度中心发电计划管理,现有采用101规约传输远动信息的系统,可以增加一个ASDU137帧格式的解析,而ASDU137帧的传输过程完全满足标准101规约中定义的应用过程,便于系统扩充,ASDU137的使用解决了电厂发电计划实时传输问题,提高了系统的工作效率和可靠性。经过1年多的试运行,系统完全满足设计要求。On the basis of daily work requirements, this paper defines the ASDU 137 and its application procedure according to the framework of IEC60870-5-101 （DL/T634.5101）, for the transmission of load planning of power plants and power plan management of dispatching center. In the systems that implementing 101 transmission protocol, defining one extra ASDU137 with self-definition semantic is available, and making its transmission procedure be standard and in accordance with 101 protocol is convenient for the system extension. The use of ASDU137 solves the problem of power plan real-time transmission of power plants, and improves the efficiency and system reliability. The design requirement of system is fully fulfilled after one year＇s trial operation.
