脑苏冲剂治疗急性中、重型颅脑损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨脑苏冲剂在治疗急性中、重型颅脑损伤中的临床疗效。方法2005年3月～2007年8月我院共收治86例急性中、重型颅脑损伤患者。随机分成两组:对照组41例,给予常规综合治疗;治疗组45例,除用常规治疗外,加用脑苏冲剂口服或胃管内注入,疗程均为10d。观察疗程结束后GCS评分、颅内压及开始排便的时间等。结果治疗组患者GCS评分、颅内压、开始排便的时间等明显优于对照组。结论脑苏冲剂对急性颅脑损伤有良好的治疗效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of naosu granules in the treatment of moderate and severe brain injury in acute stage. Methods Eighty-six patients with moderate and severe brain injury in acute stage were treated from March 2005 to August 2007. They were randomly divided into the control group（41 eases） with conventional treatment, and the treatment group（45 cases） with naosu g.anules taken orally or injected by gastric tube integrated with conventional treatment for 10 days. The GCS score, intracranial pressure and start time of feces discharge rate were observed, Results In the treatment group the GCS scores were improved; intracranial pressure were reduced; and start time of feces discharge were shortened distinctly. Conclusion It indicates that naosu granules has a better therapeutic effect on acute brain injury.
