摘　　要：良性前列腺增生出现梗阻症状后大部分需要手术治疗。在需要手术治疗的病例中,90%以上可以选用内腔镜技术,但开放手术仍然占有重要地位。手术治疗前列腺增生的术式多种多样,各有优缺点,在临床工作中,我们可以根据病人的实际情况结合医院的条件以及医生自身对某些术式的熟练程度来选择某一手术方式。Opertations therapy is most the needed after BPH with obstruction. In the cases that need operated, above 90% cases can choose endoscope techniques. However, open operations arc also important. The treatment of operation techniques of BPH is varied, both has advangtages and disadvangtages. In clinic work, we can choose suitable operation technique according to the patient with practical condition combining nosocomial condition and the proficiency that the doctor himself palamer grasp the techniques.
