摘  要:采用慢速拉伸的方法研究了加氢条件下SAF2205双相不锈钢在-196~20℃温度范围内的力学性能。结果表明:氢使钢的塑性明显下降,在-50℃时达到极大值,温度进一步降低,氢致脆化作用逐渐减弱;降温及拉伸变形能够促进马氏体转变,导致低温强度和延性的增加;氢致脆化与马氏体转变和氢的扩散行为有关。Tensile properties of SAF2205 duplex stainless steel in the temperature range of -196 ~20℃ have been studied. The results showed that the hydrogen induced ductility loss was obviously dependent on test temperature. The hydrogen induced ductility loss reached the highest value at about -50℃. Hydrogen embrittlement decreased gradually with the temperature following down. The decreasing of temperature or deformation could help to bring about the formation of martensite, which would result in some increasing in strength and ductility of the alloy. The hydrogen embrittlement of SAF2205 steel was found to be dependent of both the formation of martensite and diffusion of hydrogen.
