摘　　要：本文通过总结门诊常见的药患纠纷,并对其加以分析,从而提出一些加强门诊药房管理的措施,以减少药患纠纷的发生,提高医院的药学服务质量。This article provides some measures for strengthening the administration of out-patient pharmacy, through con-cluding the cause of common troubles. That would reduce the break of trouble between hospitals and patients, and enhance the service quality of pharmacy department.
