摘　　要：目的:探讨严重多发伤的急救及护理方法。方法:对2005年1月～2007年10月本院收治的163例严重多发伤患者进行综合急救及护理。结果:本组多发伤163例,抢救成功135例,死亡28例,抢救成功率为82.8%。结论:及时、迅速、准确、有效的急救及护理措施,可提高严重多发伤的抢救成功率。Objective：To explore emergent treatment and nursing of severe multiple trauma. Methods： Giving emergent treatment and nursing to the 163 patients with severe multiple trauma from Jan,2005 to Oet.2007.Results： The group consists of 163 patients with severe multiple trauma, 135 patients successfully rescued, 28 patients died ,survival rate of rescue was 82.8%.Conclusion：It can increase survival rate of rescue in severe multiple trauma to give emergent treatment and nursing measures timely, rapidly, correctly, effectively.
