摘　　要：目的:回顾性总结分析不同类型慢性泪囊炎患者鼻内镜下Na:YAG激光泪囊鼻腔造孔术远期效果,探讨影响其疗效的相关因素。方法:对48例(58眼)不同类型慢性泪囊炎患者实施鼻内镜下Na:YAG激光泪囊鼻腔造口术,原发性泪囊炎术中不留置扩张管,其他类型留置扩张管,术后规范化鼻内镜处理及泪道冲洗。结果:随访1￣3年,治愈率为79.3%(46/58),好转率为10.3%(6/58),无效率为10.3%(6/58),总有效率为89.6%(52/58),原发性泪囊炎患者有效率为91.3%(42/46)。结论:该手术具有进路直接,泪囊定位准确,无须常规置管,面部无瘢痕,远期效果好等优点。Objective：Retrospectively analyzed patients with different types of chronic dacryocystitis who recieved Na： YAG laser for dacryocystorhinotomy under endoscopic,explored long-term effect and efficacy relevant factors. Methods： Forty-eight cases （58 eyes） with different types of chronic dacryocystitis had received the operation with endoscopic Na： YAG laser for dacryocystorhinostomy, primary dacryocystitis not had indwelling duct of the expansion, had indwelling duct of the expansion was keeped and in other types and performed standardized treatment and lacrimal washing under endo- scopiC. Results：Followed-up those results in 1-3 year, the cure rate was 79.3%（46/58）; improvement rate in 10.3%（6/58）; no-efficiernt was 10.3%（6/58）,total efficient rate was 89.6%（52/58）, the total efficiency was 91.3%（42/46） in patients with primary dacryocystitis.Conclusion： The operation is a direct approach road, and very good to dacryocystorhinostomy positioning, no tube, no facial scars and long-term effect is inspirer.
