摘　　要：将焊管胀径过程简化为承受内压的圆环的弹塑性变形过程，编制了专用有限元程序对其进行了分析，计算出了胀径力；用模拟实验装置对胀径工艺过程进行了实验研究，实验结果与计算结果吻合较好；本文的研究结果为我国第一台焊管胀径机的研制提供了重要理论依据。The tube expanding process is simplified as the deforming process.of a ring under internal pressure. Aspecific finite element analysis procedure is programmed to simulate the deforming process. Using this procedure, the expanding forces are computed. Simulation tests are conducted, and the results obtained from thetests agree well with the computed ones. The results reported in this paper provide the theoretical basis forthe development of the first tube expander in China.
