摘 要:本文采用自行研制的旋转永磁体电磁搅拌铸造机制取ZA-27半固态浆料。对永磁体采用NN-SS和N-S排布时磁感应器内的磁场分布进行了测量和分析;在相同剪切速率条件下测量和分析了不同固相率初生相的分布、大小、形貌及浆料旋涡形貌,揭示了等温温度与搅拌强度的关系;考察了微量合金元素加入量和铸造工艺对半固态铸锭初生相形核、生长和形貌的影响;对不同搅拌和冷却制度下的铸锭组织进行了分析对比。The structure feature and properties of electromagnetic caster have been described,the rotating magnetic field of which is generated by rotating permanent magnets,the magnetic circuits in the magnetic inducer are analysed,when the NNSS and NS arrangements are applied to the permanent magnets,the distribution of magnetic field in the inducer is measured and analysed.The distribution,size and morphology of primary phases with different solid fraction,as well as the morphology of slurry whirl were also analysed at the same shear rate,the relatioinship between isothermal stirred temperature and elecromagnetic agitation intensity was revealed.Effects of trace alloying addition and casting technology on nucleation,growth and morphology of primary phase were discussed,therefore,the ZA27 semisolid ingots with good properties are obtained successfully by using the electromagnetic caster,the microstructures of ingots produced at various cooling rates and stirring modes were compared.
