摘　　要：为了解决传统信息交流方式造成的城市轨道工程建设项目的低效率,论文提出了在城市轨道工程项目中构建基于项目信息门户的各参加者共同工作平台。介绍了项目信息门户的概念,及其在城市轨道工程项目中使用项目信息门户的意义,从硬件、软件、组织件和教育件方面重点研究了如何在城市轨道工程项目中实施项目信息门户系统。In order to solve the low efficiency of urban track engineering construction project which the traditional communication way creates, the paper proposes to construct various participants joint work platform in the urban track engineering construction project based on the project information portal. The paper simple introduces project information portars concept and the significance of using project information portal in the urban track engineering construction project, analyzes how to implement the project information portal system in the urban track engineering construction project mainly from the hardware, software, organization and the education.
