摘　　要：目前在建筑工程领域项目管理技术与方法研究的一个热点,是应用可视化技术和现代网络技术,结合工程项目的实际进行研究、开发管理信息系统。它将施工现场的实际状况与施工计划相链接,对工程的施工过程及结果进行动态模拟,进而预测施工过程中可能存在的问题与风险,同时应用信息管理系统对工程项目建设的全过程进行管理,特别是远程监控系统的应用实现了对施工过程全方位、实时的监控。该系统为提高项目管理水平和工作效率,提供了科学、有效的管理工具和手段,它的迅速发展必将给古老的建筑业管理带来一场革命。In the construction field, a hot spot of research on project management technology and methods is the application of visualization technology and modem network technology, combining with the actual needs of the project, to research and exploit the management information systems. It takes the actual condition of the construction site and plans linked, to simulate the project process and results dynamically. It can forecast problems and risks which exist in the course of construction. Meanwhile, the information management systems can be applied for the entire project management process, particularly the application of remote monitoring system achieves the comprehensive, real-time monitoring of construction process. The system provide a scientific and effective management tools and means to improve the control level and efficiency of project management, it＇s rapid development will bring a revolution to the ancient construction management.
