摘 要:设计了用于“含有磨粒的强酸介质”的新型铸造高铬不锈钢的化学成分。采用金相显微镜和X射线衍射及扫描电子显微镜和腐蚀与磨蚀试验方法,观察与分析了钢的显微组织与磨蚀形貌,研究了新型铸造高铬不锈钢的性能,并对其磨蚀机理进行了较为深入的探讨。试验结果表明,较高的含铬量和含碳量与适量的钼、铜的复合作用,使新型铸造高铬不锈钢具有比高合金化的ZS28合金更好的抗磨蚀性能,且成本比较低,具有广阔的应用前景。The chemical composition of a new cast high Cr stainless steel with application in strong acid with abrasive has been designed. By means of microscope, X ray diffraction and electronmicroscope scanning and etching and wearing methods, the microstructure and etched and worn appearance of steel have been observed and analysed, performance has been studied,and wearing mechanism has also been explored deeply resulted in that the compound effects of high Cr content and C content with proper Mo and Cu have created a new cast high Cr stainless steel with better wear resistant performance than high alloyed ZS28. The new one will find a wide range of application in view of lower cost.
