摘  要:目的界定排尿正常男性的各项排尿数据。方法将1026例30岁以上志愿者或无下尿路症状性疾病的就诊者,按年龄分为6组,A组30~岁,238例;B组40~岁,329例;C组50~岁,227例;D组60~岁,93例;E组70~岁,78例;F组80岁以上,61例。分别作尿流率检测,观察其最大尿流率(Qmax)、平均尿流率(Qave)、排尿量、排尿时间和尿流时间。结果各组排尿量间差别无显著性意义(P>0.05);Qmax和Qave随年龄的增大而逐渐下降(P<0.05)。结论初步显示了各年龄组排尿正常男性的各项排尿数据,可作为评价排尿活动的参数。Objective To analyze the result of urine flow rate of males aged over 30 years old for normal urination. Methods 1026 volunteers or patients without lower urinary symptoms were divided into 6 groups according to ages, their urine flow rate were detected. The maximum flow rate(Qmax), average flow rate(Qave), urinary output, urination time and urine flow time were calculated respectively. Results There were no change in the volume of the output among these groups (P〉0.05). The level of Qmax, Qave gradually decreased in parallel with the increase of age. Conclusion Urine flow rate combining with residual volume of urine provides optimal evaluations of urination.
