伴前列腺炎的不育症患者治疗后的精液分析

摘　　要：目的分析并比较单纯用药、单纯理疗、药物联合前列腺理疗这3种方法对伴前列腺炎不育症患者治疗的效果。方法从06年7月至07年7月间，对60例伴前列腺炎不育患者中的少弱精子症人群随机分为3组（A、B、C）。A组（20例）采用葡萄糖酸锌颗粒70mg口服3次，d，天然维生素E胶丸100mg口服，1次／d；维生素C片100mg口服，1次/d，复方玄驹胶囊1．26g口服，3次/d，胰激肽释放酶120u口服，3次，d及服用敏感抗生素2周（如复方新诺明或左氧氟沙星等）。B组（20例）单纯行前列腺物理治疗，即用前列腺治疗仪治疗，3次，周，且治疗后每晚坐浴1次，l5min／次（水温37℃-42℃）。C组（20例）是A组与B组的联合治疗。结果3组治疗前与治疗后检查分析精液，示治疗后精液质量均改善，但C组精液各项参数明显较A、B组要高，差异有显著意义（P〈0．01）。结论对伴前列腺炎不育症患者行药物治疗联合前列腺物理治疗后，患者精液质量明显改善；且明显优于单纯药物治疗或单纯理疗。Objective To analyse and compare the effect of simple medication ,simple physicotherapy and medication combined with physicotherapy on prostatitis-infertile. Method From 07/2006 to 07/2007, a total of 60 prostatitis-infertile patients with oligo-asthenospermatism were divided to 3 groups randomly. Group A （20 cases） received the treatment of Zinc Gluconate Particle 70mg three times everyday, natural VitaminE 100mg once everyday and VitaminC 100mg once everyday, Complex XuanJu Capsules 1.26g three times everyday and antibiotics（like SMZ- TMP or Levofloxacin, ett） for two weeks; group B（20 cases） received simple physicotherapy, with prostata instrument treat three times everyweeek and hip bath （water temperature 37℃-42℃） for fifteen minutes once everynight; group C （20 cases） were treated by medication combined with physicotherapy. Results After the treatments, quality of spermatic fluid from three groups were all improved ,but there was a significant difference beteen group C and group A or group B for parameters of semen,and it was much better in group C than in group A or group B （P〈0.01）. Conclusion After the treatment of medication combined with physicotherapy, the quality of spermatic fluid were much improved, and that treatment is much better than simply medication or simply physicotherapy.
