摘　　要：我国的车险公估行业发源于深圳特区,目前发展迅速,但是,深圳乃至全国的公估行业都正面临法律地位的缺失、专业人才的匮乏以及日益偏离公正权威的社会形象等问题的困扰,致使车险公估业正逐步失去其核心价值,若不及时进行调整,未来不久将出现发展危机。Auto Insurance surveying and loss adjusting industry was born in Shenzhen and presently are developing quickly. Nevertheless, the whole country Insurance surveying and loss adjusting industry, even in Shenzhen, are facing some problems, such as loss of legal status, absence of qualified personnel, gradually declined social image, and so on. That makes Insurance surveying and loss adjusting industry losing its core value. If no further actions taken, Insurance surveying and loss adjusting industry will be in crisis in the near future.
