桂林旅游融入泛北部湾经济合作区联动发展策略探析

摘　　要：随着中国—东盟经贸关系的发展和中国—东盟自由贸易区建设进程的推进,广西提出了建设"泛北部湾经济合作区"的战略合作构想。以泛北部湾经济合作区构建为背景,以桂林市为对象,探讨了实施泛北部湾经济区合作战略为与泛北部湾山水相连的桂林旅游进一步发展创造了难得机遇。分析了桂林融入泛北部湾经济合作区旅游联动发展的可行性,提出了桂林旅游应加快融入泛北部湾区域旅游合作的一系列措施。With the development of China - ASEAN（Association of Southeast Asian Nations） economic and trade relations and the advance of the construction of the ASEAN Free Trade Area, Guangxi has proposed a of strategic cooperation plan for the establishment of a ＂pan-Beibu Bay economic cooperation zone＂. We would discuss the opportunities the implementation of the Pan-Beibu Bay economic zone cooperation strategy will bring to tourism in Guilin, which is right adjacent to the Pan-Beibu Bay. we analyze the feasibility about pan-linked tourism about guilin join in the pan-Beibu Bay economic cooperation zone then propose to a series of measure that accelerate Guilin＇s participating in the regional tourism-cooperation in the Pan-Beibu Bay.
