摘  要:我国产权交易市场建立的目的:一是作为被政府赋予一定监管职能的民事权利主体,对国有产权转让的行为和过程行使约定的监督职能和报告义务;二是为产权交易行为人提供交易平台,对产权交易行为进行有效组织,提高交易效率,降低交易成本。然而,现阶段我国产权市场还存在功能定位不明确,市场结构割裂等问题。本文阐述了培育我国产权市场的必要性,对产权市场现存的问题作出分析,并提出相应对策。One of the purposes why our country produces the property right market is to exercise the appointed supervising function and the reporting obligation to the behavior and the process of the transference of the government owned property right as the civil rights subject who was given a certain supervising function by the government. The other purpose is to provide the transaction terrace for the property right transactor and to organize the property right transaction effectually, increase the transaction's efficiency, reduce the transaction's costs. However, at the present stage, our country's property right market still exists many questions, such as the indefinite position of function, divisive market structure and so on. This thesis analyzed the necessity of cultivation our country's property right market, expounded the problems and put forward corresponding proposals.
