摘　　要：国有资产出资人制度的建立与完善是当前理论和实践中的重点和热点问题之一。本文对理论界在这一问题上的研究和探讨进行了综述,总结了其中的重点问题,以便于了解和掌握当前有关出资人制度的研究动态。To establish and improve the investor system of state-owned assets is a very important hot topic in theory and practice currently. This paper summarized the academic researches and discussions about the problem and generalized the key issues, so as to understand and grasp the study trends of the investor system of state-owned assets.
