摘　　要：经济的发展,信息传播技术的广泛运用,横向资讯交流的诉求以及和谐社会的创建是佛山地区图书馆文献资源共享的大背景。构建地区性文献资源共享体系要遵循地情原则、用户原则、效益原则、规范原则和整体原则;设置三层次的管理体制;形成二级组织结构;开展六项主要合作活动。同时还要清醒地认识到,文献资源共享面临商业化问题、版权问题、观念问题、技术问题的挑战。此外,共享需要财力和人力的投入,从而应考虑对该活动作出绩效评价。Under the background of economic development, the wide use of information communication technology, the need for share of information exchange and construction of harmonious society, the literature resources share in Foshan＇s libraries seems very necessary and urgent. The construction of the sharing system shall follow the principles of local condition, user, benefit, standard and wholeness. The measures taken for the construction include： setting up a three-level management system, forming twolevel organizational structures and performing six co-operative activities. Furthermore, such problems shall be considered during the construction, commercialization, copyright, sense, technology, financial support, human resources and achievement evaluation.
