摘 要:从临床上疑似嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌感染的病猪,进行病原分离、生化鉴定、特异性PCR鉴定和耐药性试验。结果获得了猪源嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌分离株20个,其中16株来源于病猪的呼吸系统;该菌对大多数抗生素具有耐药性且呈现多重耐药性,对复方新诺明最敏感。本研究从病原学角度证实猪嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的临床感染并对临床用药有指导意义。Pathogens isolation was performed from the swine that were suspected to be infected with Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and identified by biochemical reactions; detection of an specific PCR to S. maltophilia and drug resistance test. 20 strains of S. maltophilia were obtained and 16 strains were isolated from respiratory system of infected swines. S. maltophilia was multi-resistant to the commonly used antimicrobial agents, but relatively highly susceptible to trimerhoprimsulfamethoxazole. The result indicates that S. maltophilia can infect pigs on etiology study, the status of drug resistance of S. maltophilia provides the evidence for rational drug selection decision of therapy of clinical infection swines.
