摘　　要：阐述体育休闲娱乐管理专业人才知识结构的特征、模式及组成要素,提出:知识要素之间的联系是构建体育休闲娱乐管理专业人才知识结构的关键,并认为体育休闲娱乐管理专业人才的知识结构应该是一种动态的网络结构。Based on the understanding of taking sports as entertainments and leisure activities, the paper discusses the characteristics, model and the constituent elements of the knowledge structure of managing personnel in this field. It suggests that the key to constructing the knowledge structure for the managing personnel lies in the relationship between the constituent elements of their professional knowledge. The paper concludes that the knowledge structure of the managing personnel is adynamic network.
