摘 要:电解冶金中,在氯化物体系电积金属,主要研究涂层钛阳极钝化原因,并对阳极导电性能进行改进,取得节省电能消耗的效果;在硫酸盐体系电积金属,通过添加铱等活性元素,大幅度地提高了涂层钛阳极电催化活性及阳极工作寿命,快速寿命比Beer配方的增加212倍;在氯化物硫酸盐混合体系电积金属,研究了硫酸根含量对放氯效率的影响.In electrolytic metallurgy, the passivation causes of coated Ti anode for metal electrodeposition in chloride system is mainly studied; the anode conductivity is improved and the power consumption can be saved. For metaI electrodeposition in sulphate sys tem, the coated Ti anode electrocatalytic activity and the anode working life can be greatly improved by adding active elements such as Ir, etc.; the rapid working life can be increased by 212 times compared with that of the Beer formulation. For metal electrodeposition in mixed system of chloride and sulphate, the influence of SO42- content on the chlorine evolution efficiency has been studied. The coated Ti anode studied in this paper has been applied in many smelters in our country.
